The theme for our ‪‎travel pics this week is O for On-board Images.

I tend to be an early riser – and while Shirley is getting her face on to greet the day, I normally go for a stroll around the running-track on board a cruise ship each morning.

The thing I like about it is that I can often get some pictures of the vessel, and its features, without a squillion other passengers being in the shot.

This picture (on board the Legend of the Seas) is typical.

You’ll see that there are only about a half dozen of us on the running track – plus a couple in the pool (they were there each morning) and a half-dozen smokers indulging in their addiction on the Lido deck.

And the morning light was glorious.
