Phuket meals on wheels

The theme letter for our ‪‎travel pics this week is T, for Thailand.

For Thursday, it’s a street-side food vendor setting up his mobile food-trike at Phuket, the tourist island in the Andaman sea that attracts so many Aussies – and northern Europeans.

We were last there in 2007, and there was still an enormous amount of damage after the Boxing Day tsunami of 2004 – but I am told that there’s been an enormous amount of redevelopment and refurbishment since then.

However, I suspect that you would still see food-vendors like this with his fresh fruit and vegetables – and his satay sticks and mystery meat… 🙂
